Laura Landsiedel, LMBT #1204

Laura is a 1993 graduate of Bucknell University with a BS in Behavioral Science. In 1996, she received her massage therapy certification from the Carolina School of Massage Therapy. She is a nationally certified and licensed massage and bodywork therapist and holds and advanced certification as a St. John neuromuscular massage therapist. Laura's continuing education also includes pregnancy & infant massage and Doula labor support, orthopedic assessment, cranio-sacral therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, sports massage, and movement repatterning therapies. In addition to a full time practice in bodywork, Laura directs and developed Hands On Health's national continuing education and certification program, Integrative Bodywork Seminars. Hands On Health's seminars focus around medical massage techniques such as the certification program, Integrative Neuromuscular-Myofascial Technique (I-NMT) developed by Laura. Laura instructs continuing education classes in I-NMT, Foam Rolling Massage and Movement Repatterning, and Ethics . She is a former instructor of the Medical Arts Massage School and Miller-Motte College in Raleigh, NC. People with chronic TMJ dysfunction, repetitive strain injury, lumbar and cervical dysfunction , and chronic headaches find relief with Laura's treatments. She is a community leader as board member of ChixInBusiness.org and volunteers for AMTA of NC, amtanc.org.

Tammy Campbell, LMBT #390 

Tammy graduated from the University of Florida in 1996 with a BS in Human Osteology. In 1997, she received her massage therapy certification from the Florida School of Massage Therapy, a 1000 hour program specializing in neuromuscular therapy. Tammy is nationally certified and holds a North Carolina license in massage and bodywork therapy. Since 1997, Tammy advanced her massage therapy training in the St. John method of NMT and ultimately became certified in I-NMT. Additional continuing education includes sports massage, orthopedic assessment, and pregnancy and infant massage. Tammy enjoys working with athletes, pregnant women and their partners, and applying neuromuscular technique for people with TMJD, fibromyalgia, and headache pain. She is a past president of WBON of Cary.
 

Elizabeth Laurino, NC LMBT #1354

 

 

Elizabeth graduated from the Swedish Institute for Massage Therapy and Allied Sciences in Manhattan, NY with 1224 hours of diverse massage therapy training. She is Nationally Certified and is licensed in New York and North Carolina.  Elizabeth specializes in a variety of medical massage, clinical and orthopedic massage, and sports massage techniques. She is certified as an I-NMT through Hands On Health's nationally accredited continuing education program. Her continuing education also includes St. John neuromuscular therapy, orthopedic assessment, cranio-sacral therapy, sports injury rehabilitation, and Pilates training. She has worked closely with numerous health care practitioners, including chiropractors, physical therapists and orthopedic surgeons. Elizabeth ensures that her clients receive the highest quality care by being pro-active, applying rehabilitative techniques, and staying up-to-date with the profession's continuing education opportunities. Elizabeth has a following among world class athletes, cranio-sacral therapists, and patients in need of neuromuscular therapy for sports and injury rehabilitation. She is past president of WBON of Cary and a former board member of NAWBO of NC.
